San Jose Police Chief Rob Davis joined other top cops from across the nation Wednesday.

so let me get this straight our police chief is saying "What do we want our local police departments to be doing? We're concerned that this is going to diverge with our ability to interact with our public and to fight crime. That is our primary responsibility and why he have concerns," Davis said.
let me say interacting with the public is routinely difficult because the illegals in San Jose are so many, they are part of the majority, so if part of the majority are illegal and you won't enforce the law then no wonder we are getting invaded here in San Jose Ca. the Mexican Government needs to promote all illegals to center their attention on San Jose CA. because and let me repeat the Police chiefs message "interact with our public", is more important than enforcing the law, ask the chief if he speaks Spanish really
